New model management agency TESS Management launched, to replace Independent Models – and owners Tori Edwards and Siân Steel (TESS) couldn’t be more excited about the challenge that lies ahead.

“This new venture gives us the opportunity to utilise the experience we have gained over the last two decades and enables us to focus on offering structured personal management to a select number of clients,” one half of TESS, Siân Steel, said.

The duo, who have decades of fashion industry experience between them, have developed and nurtured some of the industry’s most familiar faces; including Adwoa Aboah, Georgia Jagger, Suki Waterhouse, IMAN, Jerry Hall, Vivien Solari, Elizabeth Jagger and Elizabeth Hurley – all of whom they will continue to represent at Tess Management.

“It has become increasingly important for talent to not allow themselves to be pigeon-holed into one sector of the industry,” Tori Edwards asserted. “We develop our clients as potential brands that can infiltrate all genres of the media industry be it fashion, TV, music or advertising.”
